Why start a blog? Who will read it anyhow? During quarantine of Covid-19 it has been an absolute pleasure being the parent responsible of watching my kids while my wife works from home all day. As a result, it had me thinking about the multitudes of mom blogs out there verse the lack of dad blogs centered around fatherhood. So, it had me thinking about how much I enjoy being a father to by twin boys. They did not come with an owners manual like your car nor did I get the opportunity to have a father growing up. However, being a basketball coach for the last 14 years at the collegiate and high school levels has offered me incredible vantage points on attacking wide-range issues facing fathers. Not only will it be a way for my sons to read about historic moments in their childhood but to also catch a glimpse of understanding who their dad is on a wide range of issues from humorous, uncomfortable, serious, loving, and just plain random topics.
