5 Friday Findings!!!!! The Snuggle is Real!!

As Christmas approaches with great cheer, decorations, and the warmth of giving, so do the snuggles. Or at least in our house they do!! Snuggling is a habit for my wife. A way of life in every bone in her body. Sure, enough that beautiful blonde plus the boys have made the phrase "The Snuggle is Real" come to life like a holiday miracle. As a twin dad life is revved up. Days seem to be squeezed into busier and busier schedules. As a father and head of the household we are tasked with making sacrifice after sacrifice and concession after concession so that the entire family is put first, provided for, loved, and safe. Which at the end of the day my wife and sons are some snuggle monsters? If their wish is to all pile onto my lap, read books or watch movies you better believe I have zero qualms with shutting off my phone and giving undivided attention to a superb habit. Hands the best joy to my ears right now is when the twins utter "lay with me daddy" aka snuggle me!! Needless to say, the Warren resident exudes true "The Snuggle is Real" conditions and we do not foresee it slowing down soon. In between snuggles though I did uncover 5 fabulous moments, finds, tricks, and tips as a TwinDad this week.....

1. Asked the twins while snuggling this week if they were tough cookies and in unison both said “no, because cookies crumble” and now I have 2 life coaches!!

2. “TwinDadhood is missing your kids when they’re asleep and missing your sanity when they’re awake.”

3. At what age are twin boys supposed to start making fun of their mother? Because I think my kids have hit that milestone early. So advanced!!

4. Key parenting trick this holiday: Find out what flavor of ice cream or cookies twins dislike and learn to love it. You will thank me for this later, you’re welcome!!

5. A WAZE feature that adds 10 minutes to your arrival time just to account for buckling twins in their car seats!!
