As the first month of 2021 comes to a close let us smile back on what the twins taught in the last week:
1. Twins are basically reverse Roombas
2. Can someone explain to me why twin 2-yr old's can't hold any kind of object for more than 25-seconds without throwing it?
3. Parenthood is like living in medieval times because you try to stay healthy and safe all year and are basically a serf to miniature tyrants.
4. The twins insisted on helping mom put all the laundry away last night. It only took 6 hours and 20 minutes and apparently pants go in the fridge now.
5. A twin woke up this week upset because he couldn’t find his glasses, but what really set him off was when I told him he doesn’t even wear glasses.
My beloved boys always remember no matter what life throws at you whether joyful, tragic, or grief filled God is our ultimate rock and refuge. Psalm 18: 2 "The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety."
